Job Description

• The candidate’s responsibilities would include washing the interior walls, windows, and ceiling.
• The candidate must transport heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
• The candidate will be expected to operate with minimal oversight.
• The candidate will be required to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse using industrial vacuum cleaners.
• The candidate will be required to make minor adjustments and repairs to the heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, in addition to contacting specialists for major repairs.
• In addition to painting and drywall repair, the candidate will be required to complete additional routine maintenance tasks.
• The candidate will be responsible for disinfecting and cleaning bathrooms and fixtures.
• The candidate is responsible for sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing corridors, floors, and stairs.
• The candidate will be required to perform minor repairs on household appliances.
• The applicant must empty trash cans and other waste containers.
• Candidates will be expected to clear walkways and parking lots of snow and ice.
